Your first step to installation is talking to your dedicated project manager. All our project managers are PRINCE 2® qualified which means that the following principles are adhered to:

  • Focus on business justification.
  • Defined organisation structure for the project management team.
  • Product-based planning approach.
  • Emphasis on dividing the project into manageable and controllable stages.
  • Flexibility to be applied at a level appropriate to the project.

  • needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
